Accommodation

Two major hotels (Mercure and Ibis hotel) are situated opposite to the Convention Centre, in the city centre, close to the historic town centre. Some others are a bit further (see map for location). The following hotels give a small discount for person taking part in the conference. Remind it to the manager when you check and book for your room.

  • - Mercure hotel includes a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool in a garden with a terrace, Indoor private and closed car park. Up to 40 rooms are reserved for the congress at discount price: 120 euros per night for a single room, 135 euros per night for a double bedroom, 13.50 euros for breakfast.   • - Ibis Hotel Clemenceau: 80 rooms are reserved for the congress at discount price: 62 euros per night for a room (one bed for one or two persons), 8 euros for breakfast.   • - Ibis Dijon central : 15 min walk from the congress venue or bus no 4 (stop "Grangier/Godrans" to stop "Palais des Congrès"), up to 50 bedrooms are reserved for congress attendees at discount price: 75 euros per night, 8.30 euros for breakfast.   • - Kyriad hotel : 20 min walk from the congress venue, up to 27 bedrooms are reserved for congress attendees at discount price: 75 euros per night (breakfast included). Telephone: (+33) 380 435 378.
  • - Ethic etapes Dijon CRISD (youth hostel) : 15 min walk from the congress venue, up to 25 double bedrooms are reserved for student attendees at discount price: 34 euros per night (breakfast included). This discount still holds until March, 30 2008. Telephone: (+33) 380 729 520.

Accommodation should be checked and booked directly. Please contact the hotel reception.

There are also plenty other hotels in the city center within easy walking distance of the conference venue. A few student rooms have been book on the university campus (about 20 min walk from the conference center). A priority will be given to students on a first-come first serve basis.

Lunches

Lunch (french style; wine not included) will be provided each day (included in registration fee) in a room situated in the main conference building.
